COVID-19 safety compliance is no exception. It is our goal to ensure that our brand ambassadors have the tools to be safe and approachable while making patrons feel comfortable and secure.

Staff Health
Captive staff members complete temperature checks prior to each shift and monitor their overall health on a daily basis, staying home if they have any COVID-19 symptoms.

Safe Data Capture
Each Captive staff member is assigned an iPad for the entire duration of their shift to ensure no cross contamination during contactless data capture activations. In addition, each patron receives and uses an individually wrapped single use pen to allow for a contact-free signature when legal consent is required.

Social Distancing
Captive staff members respect and maintain a 6' distance between each other and patrons at all times.

Additional Safety Measures
Captive staff members use disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer before, during and after each activation on their hands, and any materials used during the shift.

Digital Thank-You Gifts
Contactless swag distribution through e-giftcards and promotional codes to thank patrons for their participation.
